About Me: I, Milind Sathe am a proud MindTree mind. The book, ‘In Search of Excellence’ was influencial in early part of my career and I continue to strive for excellence in everything I do.
Writing for me is a passion. I started writing because of the guidance and encouragement I received from Subroto Bagchi. I am grateful to him for inspiring and nudging the writer in me and this blog is dedicated to him.
This blog is an attempt to understand Excellence by looking around and observing it in action.
